BOOK RECS: KNOWLEDGE MEANS NOTHING IF YOU DON'T USE IT

Knowledge means nothing if you don't use it. These are the first few books I highly recommend to get you started, if you haven't already read them. They provide amazing knowledge. And they aren't just filled with advice. Advice isn't science.

Advice is someone's own interpretation of a situation based on their cultural, societal, worldly views. And that is wonderful, it does have it's place, but I do prefer books grounded in more science and the advice there to contribute to enhancing our application of the science. All things are biased. Even honestly aspects of science. And I'm not sure we will ever be able to completely separate elements of life from the heart, soul, and breath that is based on life experiences that is absolutely biased. Biased and beautiful.

So here you go. My favorite reads that I've recommended endlessly and my clients love them too. Full of nuggets that will change your perspective.
